The BSF12-SY chamber furnace design makes it ideal for treating heavier loads and the processing of material that could contaminate floor mounted heating elements through spillage, and it is available in various capacities ranging from 4 liters to 45 liters in standard versions. Other chamber capacities/volumes are offered in custom-built models.

Chamber Furnaces with Slab Heating Elements
- BSF models use heating elements embedded in slabs, mounted on two sides, of the chamber.
- Low thermal mass insulation permits rapid heating and cooling
- Outer case manufactured from standard steel sheet finished with a tough yet attractive blue epoxy powder paint.
- Vertically lifting door keeps the hot surface away from the user.
- Positive break door safety switch isolates heating elements from power supply when door is open.
- This furnace comes with a high end microprocessor PID controller.
- Replaceable ceramic hearth tile.
- A small ceramic chimney is fitted as standard.
- 4 side heating elements is available for when heavier loads, or metal retorts are fitted.
- Powered exhaust & Chimney/ Chimney with fan.
- Temperature Indicator, Overtemperature protection system.
- Multi segment, multi program storage controllers.
