Design:
These machines excel with a sophisticated, modern, and sturdy construction, offering absolute reliability and high precision. The hardened and ground dual round bar guide bed is wear-resistant and mounted in a fully machined base. A closed stainless steel cover protects the bed from heat radiation and contamination.

Modern components ensure axial precision and play-free operation, with a machine concept designed for decades of use. The main drive allows for precise spindle rotation control even at low speeds and is characterized by high and stable torque. The right working head can be disengaged from the drive via a clutch.

Both the right working head and the burner support are guided on precision linear ball bearings. This technically advanced design ensures wear-reduced operation, especially during continuous oscillating working processes.

Standard Accessories:

• 2x blowing swivels with holders

• 1x brake for blocking the working spindles

• 1x laminar clutch for the right working head

• 1x grease gun

Option:
The machines are supplied as standard with three-jaw ring chucks. On demand, other clamping devices can be used, such as quick-acting chucks, three-jaw scroll chucks, or vacuum clamping systems.

Additionally, the machines can be equipped with automatic advance, burner gas supply, blast air systems, burner equipment, forming tools, and up to fully automatic control via industrial PC (Arnold Easy Panel System – AEPS).
