Barry graduated with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Westminster, London in 1994 and began his career with Unilever, working in their Toxicology division.
He worked for Novartis Pharma AG as a Laboratory/Purchasing Manager before joining Jencons-PLS as a Capital Equipment Specialist in 2000 (later becoming part of VWR), working closely with Cambridge University and the Medical Research Council. In 2014 he joined Interfocus as a Business Development Manager, designing and building numerous complete turn-key laboratory projects.
Barry now heads up our Life Sciences division and offers technical advice on both the instrumentation and the installation of non Cap-ex and environmentally sustainable capital equipment (including full site surveys).
